OUR BRAND
What makes Slow & Still Co. different? 
We are a woman-owned and Asian owned small business. All of our products are hand poured and curated in small batches. Our scents are inspired by our Asian culture's core value of spending quality time with family. We want to invite everyone to be intentional while we are with our loved ones and throughout our everyday lives. 

What ingredients do you use?
We have been mindful when choosing what materials and ingredients to use when creating our products. This is all important because we want to make sure you feel comfortable burning our candles and knowing they have been thoughtfully sourced. We have chosen to work with soy wax because it burns slower & cleaner than the traditional paraffin wax candle.

Soy wax is
+ vegan
+ all natural
+ nontoxic & renewable

Our fragrance oils are
phthalate free
+ paraben free
+ cruelty free

We use all natural cotton wicks that are coated with vegetable wax. 

This is my first time burning a candle! How do I take care of it?

When will you offer shipping?
Very soon! Sign up for our email newsletter and follow us on social media when we start offering shipping! 

Do you do local pickup? 

Yes! We love the idea of being a part of the community and meeting our customers. We will be offering pickup at a local coffee shop 1-2x a week. Once you check out, there will be a day and time frame shown. Please respect our time and contact us if you need to cancel last minute or running late for your pickup. 

Can someone else pick up my order instead?
Yes, as long as someone is able to show the confirmation email and order number.

Will you offer local pick up at more locations?
We know Houston is huge and commuting can be difficult. Since we are just launching, we are happy to hear suggestions from you all! Please contact us if you are interested to have local pick up at another area of Houston.

Are you planning on doing any pop ups?
Our soft launch was at a pop-up and it is something we are definitely interested in! We will keep everyone posted when those events happen.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I don't like my scent. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges or refunds unless the item was damaged during the shipping process.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours at the time of purchase. At this time, we are a one woman show! We do not have the capacity to accommodate changes once orders are processed in our system.
