What makes Slow & Still Co. different?
We are a family-owned and Asian owned small business. All of our products are hand poured and curated in small batches. Our scents are inspired by our Asian culture's core value of spending quality time with family. We want to invite everyone to be intentional while we are with our loved ones and throughout our everyday lives.
What ingredients do you use?
We have been mindful when choosing what materials and ingredients to use when creating our products. This is all important because we want to make sure you feel comfortable burning our candles and knowing they have been thoughtfully sourced. We have chosen to work with soy wax because it burns slower & cleaner than the traditional paraffin wax candle.

Our fragrance oils are

+ paraben free
+ cruelty free
We use all natural cotton wicks that are coated with vegetable wax.

Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We also offer free shipping on all orders over $65+
Do you do local pickup?
Unfortunately we have phased out of local pick up. Please find us at our local pop up events! Follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest updates.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I don't like my scent. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges or refunds unless the item was damaged during the shipping process.
My product arrived damage, help!
We try to ensure that we package all of our products as safely as possible. Unfortunately we have no control over how the mailing service handles our packages. If you received your order damaged, please take a photo and email us as soon as possible and we will be happy to replace it!
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours at the time of purchase. At this time, we are a one woman show! We do not have the capacity to accommodate changes once orders are processed in our system.
BULK ORDERS / CUSTOM ORDER / WHOLESALE
I want to order a lot of candles. Do you offer a discount?
We sure do! Our bulk orders are 40% off of 10 candles or more, automatically applied at discount.
I love your scents, but I want to use them as my wedding souvenirs. Can you customize a label just for our wedding?
Being a part of an important life event is always so special, and we would love to be a part of it! This would be considered private label and is something we offer for our bulk orders. Please contact us via email so we can discuss the details!
